Super Insight, collects information volunteered by site visitors using our services and from its webserver logfile:

When services are provided by our business partners, contact information from the order form is shared with that partner. No individual client information is otherwise shared with or furnished to any third party.
Super Insight uses client contact information to provide services, send news about our company and deliver promotional material from our partners. Clients may choose not to receive these communications by contacting us via email, telephone or fax.
Financial information is used only to bill a member for products and services purchased from us and for aggregate customer analysis, as described in the Security section below.
Client data collected by Super Insight may be transferred between Super Insight companies where it is necessary to meet the purpose for which information has been submitted. By submitting data on the Super Insight website you are providing explicit consent to inter-regional transmission of such data.
This Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Super Insight protects the confidentiality of our survey respondents by not disclosing their personally identifiable information to third parties, including our clients, advertisers, the media and members of the public.
Respondent confidentiality includes the following principles:
- Super Insight uses respondents’ personally-identifiable information only for internal research purposes.
- Super Insight makes its consultants and subcontractors aware of our confidentiality principles, and they agree to maintain and respect respondents’ confidentiality.
- Super Insight reports survey findings to others in aggregate form only. We do not report any data permitting identification of individual respondents.

This Site contains links to other websites. We advise all web visitors to review the privacy and security policies of all externally linked sites before providing them with personal information. Super Insight assumes no responsibility for the misuse of information volunteered to these sites.
When personally identifiable information is retained Super Insight assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information once a visitor has submitted and verified the data. Super Insight does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information. When practically possible, if Super Insight is informed that any personal data collected through a Website is no longer accurate we will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by the visitor.

Information and services on the Super Insight website are not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger and Super Insight does not knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.
